Please be advised that Mr. Brent Trachte is under criminal investigation in connection with fraudulent business practices and illegal trafficking in poultry. He is currently being detained by the PU police for further questioning.

On November 14, pursuant to numerous unanswered financial claims levied against said Brent Trachte, PU police impounded the assets of "Fowl Play, Inc." Police seized 7 (seven) tons of sheet metal, 1 (one) large metal cylinder with a glass face, 1 (one) Apple II Macintosh Computer, 1700 yards of mesh fencing, and 12 turkeys.

Upon further investigation, it was determined that Brent Trachte had, in direct violation of federal regulations, illegally smuggled the turkeys across the border from western Canada. The turkeys were subsequently impounded. Criminal charges against Brent Trachte are pending.

It has been determined that Fowl Play, Inc. has incurred the following debts:
$15,000 to "Tanks R Us"
$13,426 to "Al's Sheet Metal Barn"
$1,200 to "Kent Trachte"
$15.47 for "mathematical services rendered"
$3,500 to "Everything Pokemon Direct Order Catalog"

Fowl Play, Inc.'s combined financial holdings include $25 in savings and $43.22 in checking. Any further claims against Mr. Brent Trachte should be addressed to his lawyers in writing.

Ralph Godin.

Be it advised that any assistance given to Brent Trachte or to Fowl Play, Inc. will be heretofore considered "aiding and abetting a known felon" and will be prosecuted accordingly.
