The first two sections of this e-chapter will help you find people, books, and articles that will in turn be helpful to you. The "Helpful People" section contains names, job titles, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses of the people it lists; the "Bibliography" page lists books, articles, videos, etc., with links back to the activities which site these sources.
